Changes to programme of events for the summer

Due to a number of unforeseen circumstances it has been necessary to change the date of some of the planned open events for the summer term.

Dates and activities are now as follows:

  • May 11th Criminal damage
  • May 25th Bullying
  • June 7th Cycle Theft
  • June 15th Criminal Damage
  • June 22nd Water Safety
  • June 28th Bullying
  • July 6th Water Safety
  • July 13th Shop Theft
  • July 18th Bullying

Junior Citizen / SafetyZone / Crucial Crew – All  Year Round?

There have been many enquiries about the possibility to run interactive events through the year to support an annual Junior Citizen or similar event.

The answer is yes it is possible, so if you want to take part in Junior Citizen through the year, or if you do not get the chance to visit events when you want to you can get online with each of your local agencies taking it in turns to run events. At E-ngage we would be happy to speak to any agency interested in running safety activities online.

E-Learning Credits

With many schools now wanting to have access to E-ngage technology to run their own events, either within their own school or with a local network of schools, it is now possible to do so using E-Learning Credits. If you want to know more then let us know, there will be more about this next month.

New Interface Testing

Over the past few months a lot of work has been taking place on the E-ngage interface, the changes will be mainly superficial for users in school, but the technology now enable much more flexibility to run events and maintain information.

The new interface is going to be tested over the next few months and there may be some limited opportunities to involve you in this, once again there will be more news next month.
